Time to Refocus


As we head towards the 4th quarter:

1) REFLECT - look back at how well you’ve executed your business strategy so far. Do an analysis to determine what's on track and what needs to be revamped.

2) REFOCUS - use your current results to guide you. Develop an updated game plan that is geared towards yielding stronger results.

3) RESTRUCTURE - focus on one task at a time. Choose forward-thinking tasks that will impact your bottom line. For example, maybe you want to transform your customer experience, increase your sales or execute your social media plan more efficiently.

Rinse and repeat this process at the end of the year!
